The essentials

  • NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every living cell. It helps carry out the chemical reactions that release energy from food, and it's used by enzymes involved in normal cell maintenance. Research suggests levels in some tissues decline with age, and scientists are still working out what that means for people.

  • NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) is a naturally occurring compound the body can convert into NAD+. It's found in small amounts in some vegetables. Most research so far comes from laboratory and animal studies, with a growing number of small human trials.

  • Urolithin A is a compound produced by certain gut bacteria when you eat ellagitannin-rich foods such as pomegranate, berries and walnuts. Not everyone's microbiome produces it efficiently. It's being studied for its role in mitophagy, the way cells recycle worn-out mitochondria.

  • NAD+ is the coenzyme itself. NMN is a building block the body uses to make NAD+. Urolithin A works in a different area altogether, the renewal of mitochondria. Together they offer a broad, considered approach to cellular wellness.

  • Follow the directions on each product's label. Suggested use for each formula will be listed on its product page once formulation details are finalised. Supplements are meant to complement, not replace, a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

  • The collection has been designed as a ritual, but everyone is different. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a medical condition, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement.

  • Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days, and express takes 1–3 business days. Orders over A$100 ship free.

  • Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept opened supplements unless they arrived damaged or faulty. See our shipping and returns page for full details.

About the products

  • How well oral NAD+ is absorbed and used by the body is an open research question. We'll share formulation and any supporting data for this product once it is finalised.

  • If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before taking any supplement.

  • NMN is one of the building blocks the body uses to make NAD+. Taking NMN is one route researchers are exploring to support NAD+ levels.

  • The regulatory status of NMN varies between countries. We'll confirm where AEVUM NMN can be shipped before launch.

  • You can, and it's a lovely habit. But because Urolithin A is made by gut microbes, the amount produced from food varies greatly between people.

  • Please check with a qualified healthcare professional before combining any supplement with medication.
