AEVUM products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for a balanced diet or medical advice.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, under 18 or have a medical condition, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Information on this website is general in nature and does not take your individual circumstances into account.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment is taken securely through our checkout provider at the time you order.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and we'll refund any payment in full.

Delivery is covered in our Shipping and Returns policy. Ownership and risk in the products pass to you on delivery.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to replacing the products or refunding the price you paid.

All content on this website, including text, images, packaging designs and the AEVUM name and logo, belongs to AEVUM or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies.
